Human Resource Practices and Talent Retention in Private Universities in Kenya

This study will examine the effects of human resource practices on talent retention in Private Universities Kenya. The specific objectives for this be: Training, Compensation, Work environment, and Organizational culture target population be 41 private universities from which with LIA selected Nairobi. A sampling frame eliminates a error provides an equal opportunity all individuals population. have sample 13 unit analysis. All variables anchored theories, inferential descriptive statistics used study. instruments tested reliability validity before actual collection data. Data collected help questionnaires both structured semi-structured. analyzed statistical package social science (SPPS) version 23 presented form pie charts, graphs, tables.
